One of our QA people had a problem getting the glasses to work today, independent of SDK version or hardware settings. Turned out the virus scanner blocked tiltfive-service.exe:
This was " BitDefender free version"

very interesting, glad your QA team flagged this! I'll create a bug and we'll take a closer look internally. We're completing Windows driver signing right now that will hopefully resolve some of these issues.
