Most game consoles are already in the living room. Once you get the mat to work vertical, make a mat to hang over an existing flat screen TV. (Imagine, 1st person shooters, racing, flight sims, sports)

As in the board on a table and the retroreflective cloth hanging behind, or the board hanging vertically?
I was thinking of trying to stretch a piece of fabric into a hemisphere to make an immersive bubble.

@Daydreamer Yes vertical works out great, been using it already via a backdrop, its another level of immersion.
