Both of these extension cables have worked for me. (mod feel free to change these to affiliate links to get paid)
Do not use the usb C to A adapter with the second one.

@Jonathan Looking forward to future releases that support the hardware.
Maybe a good thought for Tilt 5 team in future wand design as indeed the hand really does not matter much as all wands use the same CV pattern.
That might be a problem though when 4 players with their wands would move around at the same time unless their IR leds would not emit if its not their turn to play.
A better solution would have been to have a button on each wand that could just switch the IR led pattern on the wand so you could have say 4 different led ID's, although this is hardware based. Software based it could be done like the WII does, the first connected one gets ID 1, the next ID 2 and so on and change the pattern based on their unique ID.
I have only 1 game that might be using the wand 6dof in future and its a 2-6 players game LUDO.
It might never be released if the wands are hard to keep tracked on with more players on 1 board, networked based with 1 player per compute unit/board this woudl never be a problem.
Hope to see more clarity on those situations in future.
@Jens-Restemeier Alright! The muted glasses bug is a known issue, we'll have a fix for that in later updates. SO GREAT you're all set with the new SDK update! Let us know of any other questions along the way
@damaged1 hi borky, welcome
@Jeri-Ellsworth might be something to be said for attempting to recreate certain types of glitchyness in some places from an artistic point of view, a little roughness can add to the realism, nothing in real life is perfect, especially if we've all been trained by decades of scifi to almost expect these slight imperfections.
A few more diagnostic questions:
list itemOne more quick check, are your batteries fresh? We also have a known bug when the batteries are low the LED indicator is solid red as you're describing.
Is this happening for both wands your team has?
Does your wand work with Rev14.1? (if you uninstall Rev15.0)
We'll send you a logdog tool as well
@AJ-T5-Support
Hi, I just replied to your email. I had completely missed the communication here. I had started using the T5 forum on Discord and forgot about this one.
Just one thing I forgot to mention in the email, I did upgrade to 1.2.1 but it did not solve the problem. It does seem that it lasts a bit longer before the problem starts but I don't know if that is real, just a perception or perhaps because the weather cooled down a little.
Thanks and best regards
Christian
@iByte Unity mars is slam based and a total different way tilt 5 is designed.
Don't get so exited about those slam based AR devices they are relatively slow.
Therefor Tilt5 approach fits gaming much better compared to those slam based devices as fast motion is a pain for slam atm.
Just want to add my problem here:
I had installed the driver when I first got my T5, played with it for a couple of days, and then downloaded the SDK, and found the SDK was not working, the T5 Control Panel never showed Unity as being active.
The problem was I had installed Drivers 1.1 and then downloaded SDK 1.2 which had been recently released, but the SDK does not check the driver version. I hope SDK 1.3 will do a check, but something to keep in mind.
@jgabriel
I can confirm that neither PCs had any previous SDK installation. Both are running Windows 10.
I can't see a method of uninstalling the SDK (from the Start Menu nor Apps page) so unfortunately don't have the ability to repeat the process again.
Edit: The image above is actually a single screenshot - the windows appear concurrently. The error pops up early in the progress bar, I just didn't snap the screenshot until it finished.
Looks like your connection to Tilt Five Forums was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
